Q. How do I order your products - can I order online or send you a cheque?
A. All of our products are made to the requirements of each individual client. We provide prices throughout this site as a guideline, but of necessity, we ask that you contact us if you wish to make an order.
Q. Why can't I download your pricelists?
A. To view the Adobe Acrobat documents, you need to install the FREE Acrobat Reader, which is available here.
Q. Can you send me a pricelist by E-mail?
A. Pricelists may be downloaded and printed here: Show Harness:::All other products.
In the unlikely event that you experience problems, then you may request price lists by filling in the form on our contact page.
Q. Do your prices include shipping/delivery?
A. No. Shipping costs vary tremendously according to product weight, delivery time, carrier used, destination, etc. Upon receipt of an order, we shall be happy to quote you a delivery price.
Q. Can I collect my order myself?
A. You may certainly collect finished items yourself at a mutually convenient time.
Q. May I visit your workshop?
A. At this time, no. We are an extremely busy company, and unfortunately we do not have the time to show casual visitors around. Sorry.
Q. Can I be assured that Frances Kelly has personally made my bridle?
A. I do the majority of the work myself. I have one highly-qualified and experienced assistant. Rest assured, however, that nothing leaves Frances Kelly Bridles until I am personally satisfied that the quality cannot be bettered.

Q. Can I buy your products from a retail outlet?
A. Not at present, no. All our work is bespoke, that is to say, made to order. In this way, you can be assured that every item is custom-made to your individual requirements.
Q. Your prices seem a little high. Why is this?
A. In short, I do not compromise on either standards or quality. I feel that my goods are very fairly priced. Cheaper items are certainly readily available, and a range of retail outlets can be viewed on the links page.
Q. Do you offer a cheaper range of bridlework/saddlery?
A. No.
Q. Can you repair/alter my equipment?
A. Our current policy is to only repair or alter goods which have been made by Frances Kelly Bridles.
